Shift:
- Day shift, Monday to Friday with ample overtime + occasional on-call.
MasterTech is on the search for qualified Field Service Technicians serving Arkansas, Texas and Oklahoma, requiring extensive travel to customer locations.
Field Service Techs will be responsible for the on-site installation and support of mechanical and electrical components and systems, ensuring the machinery is properly installed and operational. Familiarity with CNC Machinery, Lathes, Bending, Finishing, Punches, Saws, Shears, and some Welding is ideal. Previous experience with Mazak, Fanuc, Ermaksan, Marvel, Onsrud, Salvagnini, Allen Bradley & Seimens considered an asset.
Detail-oriented Field Service Techs are responsible for the on-site maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of machinery along with reporting issues and completing documentation.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, and/or any kind of mechanical maintenance is preferred.
- Experience with electrical systems is a definite asset; AC & DC as well as three-phase wiring.
- Basic to advanced level experience servicing electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
- Excellent customer service skills and communication.
- Fixing drive motors and power line solutions.
- Diagnostics and troubleshooting is key.
- Exceptional problem solving, troubleshooting, diagnosis and documentation.
