Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate specified manual machine tool and CNC milling machine centers.
- Programming of CNC mill machines (Okuma)
- Select tools, feed and speed for machining applications
- Work and be familiar with measuring tools and gages
- Control quality of machined parts
- Perform manual machining if needed
- Work independently with a minimum of supervision
- Must be able to read blueprints and schematics-math is important
- Training may be available
- Good communicator and self-starter
