Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling etc.

Read and interpret technical blueprints and engineering drawings to determine manufacturing requirements

Adjust machine settings for optimization and adherence to specifications

Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and identify any malfunctions

Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace

Collaborate with engineering and quality control teams to address any issues or discrepancies

Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure their longevity and performance

Document production and quality records for traceability and improvement purposes

Adhere to industry regulations and standards for aerospace manufacturing

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in CNC operations is a plus

Proven experience as a CNC Operator in an aerospace manufacturing environment

Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately

Proficiency in CNC programming and machine setup

Strong attention to detail and quality control skills

Knowledge of precision machining and material properties for aerospace applications

Familiarity with measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers

Understanding of safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing setting

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
