Job Description
Summary
The CNC Operator is responsible for working with the Production Manager, Production Coordinator and Design/CNC Coordinator to bring digital models to life. This work will include operating the CNC machines, and fabrication of all tooling. In addition, this position will assist in developing manufacturing processes and procedures.

- Work with Production Manager and Design/CNC Coordinator to support all project timelines
- Operate and maintain the CNC machines
- Use various processes to create tools including:
- Direct-cut CNC
- Other methods deemed appropriate
- Develop manufacturing processes and procedures
- Work cooperatively with the CNC Programmers and CNC Operators
- Support the Design/CNC Coordinator in miscellaneous tasks
Position Type & Expected Work Hours
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., 40 hours per week. This position occasionally requires long hours.
Required Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Ability to be organized and focused in a distracting environment
- Ability to switch gears amongst multiple tasks quickly
- 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machine operating experience
- Knowledge of G-code

Preferred Education & Experience
- Associate or Bachelor Degree in technical field
- Systems Design experience (plumbing, electrical, HVAC)
