Required immediately, our local Moses Lake Branch is seeking a Full-Time CNC OPERATOR
POSITION SUMMARY
Produces machined parts by setting up and operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machine; maintaining quality and safety standards, keeping records; maintaining equipment and supplies.

Desired Skills & Experience:
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience with CNC mills, lathes or routers a plus but not required
- 1-year experience in a similar role with polishing on natural stone and engineered quartz a plus.
- Must be hard working, motivated, well organized and task oriented.
- Basic computer skills, MS Office
- Strong communication (both written and verbal)
- Ability to read units of measurement
- Has or can obtain fork lift operator’s certificate
- Strong attention to detail.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Must have thorough knowledge of machine shop theory and procedures, shop math and inspection techniques.
- Possess a valid driver's license and a clear criminal record check
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plans machining by studying work orders, blueprints, materials, specifications, locations of surfaces, and machining parameters; interpreting geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T).
- Loads feed mechanism by lifting stock into position.
- Verifies settings by measuring positions, first-run part, and sample work pieces; adhering to international standards.
- Maintains specifications by observing drilling, grooving, and cutting, including turning, facing, taking measurements; detecting malfunctions; troubleshooting processes; adjusting and reprogramming controls; sharpening and replacing worn tools; adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes.
- Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
- Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs.
- Maintains continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Documents actions by completing production and quality logs.
- Remove completed work pieces from equipment or work tables, using hand tools or mechanical lifters.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Must be hard working, motivated, well organized and task oriented.
- Strong attention to detail and possess good judgment.
- Must have good attendance.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to safely lift objects in excess of 50lbs
- Work requires consistent bending and squatting
- Other duties as assigned
