This innovative machine shop, located in Nicholasville, KY, was founded in 2016 and specializes in high -quality, tight-tolerance custom parts. They utilize state-of-art equipment to produce high quality products. This facility boasts a temperature-controlled environment, equipped with cutting-edge machinery, including 3, 4, and 5 axis mills and more! They are dedicated to fostering professional growth and providing employees with a dynamic and collaborative work environment.

This role will put you in a position to support the shop with 10-15 direct reports. The ideal candidate will be passionate about machining and eager to never stop learning more. What's more, you will be an integral part of fostering a growth culture while ensuring timely scheduling and solving various machine challenges as they arise. 

This role will oversee day shift.

• 2 or 4 year Degree in Business or Engineering related field
• 2+ years in operations management in manufacturing environment 
• Experience with programming, set up, and operation of CNC mills
• Knowledge of business functions (Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service, etc) 
• Budget and project management experience 
• Experience with startups is a plus!
