CNC Programmer - Rosco Manufacturing LLC

Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented CNC Programmer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming and setting up CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications. This role requires strong technical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with machinists and engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs for milling, turning, or other machining processes.
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to create accurate programs.
• Set up and calibrate CNC machines, ensuring proper tool selection and alignment.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency, making adjustments as necessary.
• Troubleshoot programming and machine issues, implementing solutions promptly.
• Conduct quality control checks using precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and tolerances.
• Maintain documentation of program changes, machine setups, and inspection results.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to improve manufacturing processes and product designs.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
