We are currently seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to program our CNC machines for new and existing projects using drawings, prints and tool lists.
Responsibilities:
- Program CNC machine from start to finish using drawings, prints and tool lists.
- Maximize efficiency and productivity with tooling and fixtures.
- Write programs at the machine for simple to medium complexity parts.
- Change worn and damaged tools in machines through the production process.
- Load programs and tools into CNC machines; verifying programs.
- Troubleshoot problematic set-ups and document changes.
- Work with Quality Control
- Perform basic machine maintenance.
- Train machine operators as needed.
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in manufacturing
- Experience programming 3 – 5 axis CNC machines
- Prior experience with tooling and fixtures
- Ability to troubleshoot and identify programming errors.
- Must have Solid Works & MasterCam exp.
Physical Requirements:
- Safely and effectively lift, carry, and move objects of varying weights.
- Bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, climbing, balancing, standing, and walking, for extended periods and maintain the necessary physical dexterity and coordination.
- Work in various environmental conditions, which may include exposure to varying temperatures, weather, and noise levels.
