responsibilities:
+ Program, set up, and operate Swiss-type CNC machines.
+ Understand and interpret blueprints, customer drawings, and sketches.
+ Calculate dimensions and tolerances using mathematical knowledge and measuring tools.
+ Monitor machine operations, change cutting tools, and make necessary offsets.
+ Inspect precision work for quality assurance.
+ Perform basic preventive maintenance on machines.
+ Collaborate effectively with management and colleagues.
+ Maintain excellent attention to detail and work independently with minimal supervision.
+ Proficiently use standard machinist hand tools, including micrometers, optical comparators, calipers, microscopes, and other measuring equipment.
