CNC Programmer/Supervisor - Davron LLC

Qualifications and responsibilities for this CNC Programmer/Supervisor position include:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in setup and operation of CNC machinery
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in CAD/CAM programming (Fusion 360 & SolidWorks preferred)
• Supervise and oversee 2 machinists and 1 operator in daily operations
• Develop CNC programs based on engineering drawings and specifications
• Set up and operate CNC Lathes and Milling machines (Haas experience preferred)
• Perform preventive maintenance and ensure machine precision using bore gauges and other tools
• Interpret and apply GD&T principles for complex part fabrication
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet project goals

Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
