CNC Programmer - Express Employment

Express Employment is currently seeking an experienced and skilled CNC Programmer. As a CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for programming and operating CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines to manufacture precision parts and components.

Responsibilities

• Program and set up CNC machines based on engineering drawings and specifications
• Select and install appropriate tooling, fixtures, and cutting tools
• Operate CNC machines to fabricate precision parts and components
• Monitor machine operations and adjust settings as needed to ensure product quality and adherence to specifications
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards
• Maintain accurate records of programming and machining activities

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of experience programming and operating CNC machines
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software for programming CNC machines
• Strong knowledge of CNC machining principles and techniques
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
