Qualifications and responsibilities for this CNC Saw Operator position include:
1-3 years of experience in metal fabrication, operating CNC saws.
Experience with related machinery like drill presses, shears, brakes, mills, and lathes is beneficial.
Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings, with basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.
Familiar with working on stainless steel, aluminum, and mild steel, plastics, or composite materials, while maintaining high attention to detail and quality.
CNC programming knowledge is a plus.
Conduct routine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting of machines.
Perform quality inspections on completed products to ensure adherence to standards.
Monitor operations and adjust machinery for optimal performance.
Salary: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
