Key Responsibilities:

• Program and set up CNC machines (mills and lathes) to produce high-precision parts.
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models to create accurate CNC programs.
• Select appropriate tools, speeds, and feeds for machining operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve programming and machine operation issues.
• Perform regular maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize machining processes and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control procedures.
• Perform quality checks on finished parts to ensure they meet required specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus.
• 3+ years of experience as a CNC Programmer or Setup Technician.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks) and G-code programming.
• Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CNC machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication skills.
