CNC Swiss Lathe Machinist - Leadman

We are seeking a SWISS Leadman to join our team! This position is responsible for 11 machines (Hanwha and Tsugami) and five operators on first shift. This is a very hands-on position so your troubleshooting skills will determine the success of your area. We are a job shop with varieties of aerospace and commercial customers, so every day you will face new challenges and opportunities for process improvements. We are ISO9001 and AS9100 certified. We take pride in our quality and on-time performance with our customers, so you will be responsible to ensure your team produces good quality products.

Responsibilities:

• Assist your team to complete set ups per traveler
• Improve cycle times for jobs that are falling below rate
• Set up and run machines when necessary
• Ensure operators producing quality product
• Adhere to all safety and quality policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Well versed in Troubleshooting and setting up SWISS Machines
• Proficiently in Mastercam is a plus
• Minimum of 5 years' experience leading personnel
