CNC Swiss-Lathe Programmer - Coyote Technical & Executive Sourcing

The primary function of this position is to oversee the engineering and advise the manufacturing team, to develop and execute all processes and operations required to manufacture a product in accordance with the company's ISO 13485 and ISO 9001:2015 quality systems and standards. This job position has the authority to approve the execution of all engineering related processes, procedures and product development tasks and to make continual improvements in the best interest of the company.

Provide direction in all aspects of the manufacturing processes.
Lead and facilitate continual improvement projects that support the overall effectiveness and profitability of the company.
Ensure engineering documents and process are controlled and maintained.
Communicate with customers as needed as it pertains to the parts and products we are manufacturing for them.
Assist with providing engineering expertise, process time estimates and development costs for project quotations.
Contribute to executive and operational planning in the Management Review meetings.
Determine process and program Swiss-lathe CNC machining centers to achieve the best possible production though put.
Assist shop floor with providing manufacturing expertise, trouble-shooting and process improvements.

5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience
5+ years of management experience
Experience working in the medical industry is preferred
Proficient with Cad software (SOLIDWORKS and Part Maker) or other toolpath software.
Proficient with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Familiar with regulatory specifications (ASTM, ANSI, AMSE, ISO, FDA, MIL, etc...)
Familiar with ITAR practices
Must have good leadership and communications skills
Works well in a team environment.
Self-motivated and self-driven.
High school education or equivalent.
