CNC Swiss Machinist I - Coyote Technical & Executive Sourcing

Entry level Machinist I position running CNC D2 machines.

Align and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories and materials onto machines. Monitor the feed and speed of machines during process. Select the appropriate tools, machines, and materials to be used in preparation of machinery work. Observe and listen to operating machines or equipment in order to diagnose machine malfunctions and to determine need for adjustments or repairs. Operate equipment to verify operational efficiency. Install repaired parts into equipment or install new equipment. Basic knowledge of tool room equipment. Clean and lubricate machines, tools, and equipment in order to remove grease, rust, stains, and foreign matter. Confer with engineering, supervisory, and manufacturing personnel in order to exchange technical information. Read and interpret specifications on part prints. Replace and re-grind cutting tools as necessary. Measure, examine and test completed units in order to detect defects and ensure conformance to specifications.

This is an entry level position - perfect for someone coming out of school that took machine or mechanical courses. This position will require on the job training. Applicant must be dependable and have reliable transportation. First shift - start time is flexible.
