IT Security is responsible for all digital/cyber security at Hologic. This ranges from responding to cyber threats to ensuring IT compliance with regulations like SOX, GDPR. The co-op will be focused on supporting the cybersecurity awareness program with an emphasis on supporting multi-lingual phishing awareness, implementing smishing awareness campaigns, and preparing large scale communications for the company on security matters. You will also support Data Protection initiatives to include restricting file sharing platforms, and other initiatives as needed.
We're looking for bright, inquisitive problem solvers who strive to make a difference. In order to be considered for this internship you must:
+ Able to work full-time (40 hours per week) from January 2025 - June 2025
+ Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program and have at least one semester left after co-op
+ Rising Junior or Senior
+ Majoring in: Information Security, Cyber Security, Marketing, or Communications preferred
+ Have a 3.2/4.0 GPA
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office
+ Experience with graphic design
+ Ability to work onsite at our Marlborough, MA campus. Intern housing, relocation, and housing stipends are not provided.
The hourly pay range for this role is $22 - $26 per hour. Compensation is determined by class standing and operational function.
