Practice:

•# of ops - 8

•# of RDAs - 4 Expanded Function RDAs

•# of HYG - 4 Full-time hygienist

•# of docs 2 including Dr. Herald

•Insurances FFS, Cash, and some PPO's

Qualifications Needed:

•1 year+ experience or new grad with AEGD

•Endo experience is a plus!

•DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school

•Valid state dental license (or in the process of obtaining)

•Ability to maintain state-required insurance coverage
