Duties

• Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy in all technical tasks.
• Perform industrial painting tasks, including airless paint spraying and construction painting, adhering to safety and quality standards.
• Engage in lean manufacturing practices to enhance efficiency and reduce waste within the production process.
• Operate machinery and equipment, including forklifts, while following all safety protocols.
• Conduct materials handling tasks, ensuring proper storage and organization of supplies.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions effectively.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience within manufacturing 5+ years.
• Familiarity with industrial painting techniques, including airless paint spraying and construction painting.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is preferred.
• Experience in cleanroom environments
• Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification may be required.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and materials handling processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
