- The COBOL Developer will support production and should be available to support oncall, as needed

- Works more independently with IT functional units and business units
- The COBOL Developer recommends strategies for improving system applications
- Coaches and leads less experienced IT staff and business managers
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree at College of Science, Technology, Engineering & Math major or equivalent work, or military experience
- 8+ years of related IT experience prefered
- Recent working experience with Assembler
- Knowledge in Assembler, CICS, COBOL,DB2, MQ and Mainframe infrastructure
- Expert in multiple languages and tools
- Credit/Debit or Financial knowledge
- Strong knowledge of application development technologies, tools, methodologies as well as all functional areas in IT organization
- Able to support production and should be aviable to support oncall, as needed
- Expert in multiple languages and tools
- Possesses strong knowledge of application development technologies, tools and methodologies
- Good understanding of how technology relates to business, market and industry and applies such knowledge to support the needs of the business
- Strong understanding of complex internal business processes or functions
- Should be quick learner
- Detail-oriented
- Multitasker
- Ability to work in a challenging environment
- Knowledge of emerging technologies is a plus
- Intertest experience is a huge plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
