About the Job
A Birmingham-based TPA company is seeking to add a Flex Plan Administrator to their rapidly growing company. The Flex Plan Administrator will be responsible for administering Flex and COBRA Plans while maintaining a positive working relationship with clients and employees.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate implementation and renewal activities of Flex Plan benefits such as, HSA (Health Savings Account), FSA (Flexible Spending Account) HRA (Health Reimbursement Account) and COBRA for new and existing clients
- Participate in client meetings
- Effectively communicate with customers the Flex Benefit offerings
- Manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with benefits
Requirements:
- 2 years of office administrative experience with customer service
- Passion for excellent customer service
- Detail-oriented
- Internally motivated
- Comfortable with complexities and able to work independently
