Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate Nespresso products and brewing technology to customers.
• Engage with customers to understand their coffee preferences and needs.
• Drive sales by promoting product features and benefits.
• Maintain product displays and ensure a clean, organized sales area.
• Provide exceptional customer service and follow up on inquiries.

Qualifications:

• Passion for coffee and knowledge of brewing techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
