Coffee Shop Barista Shift Lead - Perky Beans Coffee & PB Café

Perky Beans Coffee in Leander, TX is looking to hire a part-time Barista Shift Lead to provide stellar customer service and ensure that our operations run smoothly.

The Shift Lead is responsible for directing an efficient workflow and assisting the Supervisor in various store duties. This position serves as a role model for barista responsibilities and as the Team Leader when the Supervisor is unavailable. This part-time position earns a competitive wage, plus tips, with a total earning potential of $20-24/hour. Qualifications

• 18+ years of age
• 6+ of leadership experience in a high-volume coffee shop or similar environment
• Drive-thru experience is a plus!
• Willingness to be cross-trained in food prep techniques
• Ability to learn recipes and master new techniques
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Current Food Handler Certificate & TABC

This position has a flexible schedule that includes the ability to work opening and closing shifts, as well as weekend availability; shifts could be as early as 5am and as late as 8:30pm. While we may not always need every team member to work every weekend or both weekend days, having an open availability on weekends greatly enhances our ability to ensure excellent service and maintain operational efficiency.
