Job Description
- 4 or more years of hands on experience as a Cognos Administrator including:
- Experience in the administration and best practice configuration of Cognos 11
- Experience with a multi-server installation of Cognos in an enterprise
- Experience performing both minor and major Cognos version upgrades and patches
- Thorough understanding of Cognos security configuration and implementation
- Experience monitoring, diagnosing and tuning performance of Cognos
- Knowledge of administration of systems with the following technical components:
- LDAP authentication
- Client virtual server configuration
- Linux commands and administration
- Oracle RDBMS and basic SQL commands
