Job summary
As a Collateral Services Specialist IV you will ensure that The National Collateral Management Group operations are aligned to support our Line of Business partners, clients and Wholesale Lending framework and goals.
Job responsibilities
+ Monitoring the National Collateral Management Group (NCMG) One Margin Corporate Collateral Management (CCM) System for client and settlement transaction, processing pledge, release, substitution notifications,
+ Processing statements, and other necessary documentation for certain collateral transactions
+ Ensure all end-of-day responsibilities are complete, work over-time as required
+ Excellent Client Service skills - periodic client and custodian contact
+ Responsible for providing back-up and production support performing reporting, reconciliation, wire processes, and system conversions
+ This role will include management of small projects designed to improve the BAU processes and enhance the experience of our clients
+ Ability to prioritize and to work under pressure
+ Ability to work under own initiative
+ Ability to develop solutions and help implement
+ Requires in-depth understanding of methods, systems, and procedures gained through significant hands-on experience and/or formal training/education
+ Accountable for targeted job specific skills and requirements
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
+ Requires either some college related education or banking experience
+ Ability to comprehend and work within multiple systems
+ Proficient in Microsoft products (Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, TEAMS)
+ Strong analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to complete complex reconciliations and resolve issues that may arise
+ Excellent client service skills. Strong communication skills, verbal and written, both with internal bankers and clients
+ Ability to work well within a team environment

+ Securities settlement knowledge preferred
