Job Title: Collection Specialist - Surety Department

Location: Hybrid, based out of any Aon office

Responsibilities:

• Manage and resolve premium discrepancies in collaboration with internal teams.
• Monitor accounts receivables and ensure timely collections.
• Communicate effectively with clients to address payment issues.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of collections activities.
• Assist in the development of collection strategies to improve cash flow.

Qualifications:

• Proven understanding of accounting concepts and account receivables.
• Experience in a collections role, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
