Collections Representative - Burnett Specialists

COLLECTIONS REPRESENTATIVE
 
A large, luxury furniture company in Katy is actively seeking an experienced Collections Representative to join their team! This position will work directly with current consumer accounts, managing and collecting to company's delinquency standards.
 

 

• Pay Rate: $18.00-21.00/hr DOE + commission
• Location: Katy, TX (100% onsite)
• Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
• Reports to: Collections Manager and/or Director of Financial Services. 

 

Essential Functions:

• Conducts daily collection calls to delinquent accounts; practices top-notch customer service when dealing with our valued clients.
• Handles customer service questions and issues, via phone and email.
• Handles contract refinance/extension challenges.
• Skips tracing accounts to locate customers.
• Responds to customer inquiries on delinquency notices.
• Investigates billing problems.
• Participates in office and departmental meetings.
• Works the required schedule which includes one weeknight evening and two Saturdays per month.

Preferred Requirements:

• Basic collections experience in an environment that has a high-volume of calls.
• Basic PC knowledge including Microsoft Office.
