Job Description:

• Collecting of commercial, consumer, medical and tax collections
• Reaching out to parties with charges past due
• Assisting in gathering debts through payment plans
• Deciding how to recover outstanding debt be that through litigation
• Investigating debts
• Recovering money from owed debt
• Consistent communications with parties
• Data entry
• Communicate proficiently through written media
• Ability to form strong and trusting relationships with clients
• Making calls

Job Requirements:

• Outstanding customer service skills
• Ability to work independently
• Conduct themselves in a professional manor
• Communicate with effectiveness and clarity
• Ability to problem solve quickly
