Responsibilities for Collections Specialist

• Work within the centralized billing system to manage national accounts and customer payment activity

• Conduct business to business collections process via communicating by phone and email

• Managing customer relationships

• Track commissions for sales division of the company

• Responsible for tracking payment issues or discrepancies

Preferred Qualifications for Collections Specialist

• 3+ years of recent B2B collections experience

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

• Experience using Microsoft Excel

• Advanced organizational skills

The Collections Specialist role is fully onsite in Akron, OH with a salary range of $35,360 - $41,600 depending on experience
