Collections Specialist - Ledgent Finance & Accounting

Job Description:

• Collections professional will perform B2B collections on past due accounts, as directed by the Controller and CFO.

• Process payments and refunds
• Resolve billing and customer credit issues
• Update account status records and collection efforts
• Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status
