Collections Specialist RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collections Specialist will send correspondence to customers to encourage payment of delinquent accounts.
• Collections Specialist will confer with customers in attempt to determine reason for overdue payment, reviewing terms of sales, service, or credit contract with customer.
• Collections Specialist will work with credit holds/release.
• Collections Specialist will work with order release with product shipments.
• Collections Specialist will receive payment and post amount paid to customer account.

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:

• PLUS have experience using SAP
• MUST have previous B2B collections experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
