Collections Specialist - Southern Electric

Your New Role As a Collections Agent:

• Manage all aspects of the accounts receivable process, from invoicing and payment processing to account reconciliation, with a strong emphasis on collections.

• Focus on monitoring customer accounts for non-payment, delayed payment, and other irregularities. Your experience in collections will be crucial in ensuring timely payments.

• Work closely with our accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and a seamless flow of information.

• Engage with clients directly to resolve billing issues and secure payments, making sure our cash flow stays healthy.

• Use your keen eye for detail to identify discrepancies, prevent errors, and ensure that everything balances perfectly.
