Description/Comment: | In this role, you will have the opportunity to: • Collection calls and/or correspondence in a fast-paced goal-oriented collections department. • Provide customer service regarding collection issues, process customer refunds, process, and review account adjustments, resolve client discrepancies and short payments. • Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts- Customer calls, account adjustments, small balance write off, customer reconciliations and processing credit memos. The essential requirements of the job include: • High volume emails to assigned to assigned customers. • Strong verbal and written communication • Work with all internal departments to resolve tax or other discrepancies. • Strong follow up skills. • Strong reconciliation skills. • Ability to search and organize outlook emails, create folders, and notate in Oracle. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: • 3+ years of collections experience AR activities • Oracle 12, Microsoft Word, proficient in Excel. • Strong customer service skills • Positive communication and phone demeanour. • Team player and able to multi-task daily. |
