Collibra Lead
Overview:
The Collibra Lead plays a pivotal role in overseeing the implementation and management of Collibra solutions within the organization, ensuring data governance best practices are followed and that data is properly managed and utilized to drive organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation and configuration of Collibra solutions to meet business requirements
Manage and mentor a team of Collibra developers and analysts
Develop and implement data governance policies and standards
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document data governance processes
Support the integration of Collibra with other data management systems
Provide technical expertise and support for Collibra tools and applications
Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders
Monitor data quality and integrity within Collibra
Participate in the evaluation and selection of new Collibra modules and features
Ensure regulatory compliance and security standards within Collibra
Resolve technical issues and provide troubleshooting assistance
Contribute to the continuous improvement of data governance practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data governance alignment
Stay updated with Collibra best practices, industry trends, and advancements
Contribute to the development of data governance roadmaps and strategies
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
5+ years of experience in data management and governance
Proven experience in Collibra implementation and configuration
Strong leadership and team management skills
In-depth understanding of data governance concepts and best practices
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Certification in Collibra or similar data management platforms
Proficiency in data modeling and metadata management
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with data quality and data lineage initiatives
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
