Overview:

The Collibra Solution Architect plays a crucial role in designing and implementing data governance solutions using the Collibra platform. This position is essential in ensuring that organizations effectively manage and govern their data assets, driving data quality, compliance, and business insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and define data governance requirements.

Design and architect end-to-end data governance solutions using the Collibra platform.

Lead the implementation and configuration of Collibra-based data governance solutions.

Integrate Collibra with various data sources and systems to ensure effective data management.

Define data governance policies, standards, and processes within the Collibra platform.

Provide technical guidance and support to data governance teams and end-users.

Develop and maintain data models and metadata within the Collibra platform.

Ensure compliance with data governance regulations and best practices.

Participate in the assessment and selection of additional tools and technologies to enhance the data governance ecosystem.

Conduct training sessions and workshops for users and administrators on the Collibra platform.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data governance initiatives with organizational objectives.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of data governance processes and solutions.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data governance and Collibra platform capabilities.

Provide expertise in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to the Collibra platform.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Collibra Solution Architect or in a similar role.

Demonstrated expertise in implementing data governance solutions using the Collibra platform.

In-depth understanding of data governance concepts, principles, and best practices.

Strong knowledge of data modeling and metadata management within the Collibra platform.

Proficiency in designing and configuring Collibra workflows, data lineage, and data quality rules.

Experience with Collibra Connect and integrations with other enterprise systems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and teams.

Ability to translate business requirements into effective Collibra-based solutions.

Good understanding of data governance regulations and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to address technical challenges.

Certification in Collibra is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience in conducting Collibra platform training and knowledge transfer sessions.

Familiarity with data management tools and technologies beyond Collibra is a plus.
