We have an i mmediate opening for office support staff in our Collision Center as an Advisor .
Applicant must be detail-oriented, dependable and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Automotive related experience is highly preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
+ Schedule : Full-time (40 hours per week) Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm
+ Compensation: $49,000 - $80,000 annually
Responsibilities include:
+ Greeting customers upon arrival
+ Incoming and outgoing telephone calls
+ Email correspondence
+ Booking and closing repair orders
+ Cash-out customers
+ Writing purchase orders
+ Running errands/delivering cars to sublet vendors
+ Calling insurance companies regarding payments owed
+ Matching insurance estimates to our CCC One estimating system
+ Learn Rome Management computer system
+ Learn Dealer operating computer system
_You Must..._
+ Have excellent customer service and phone skills
+ Have computer skills and the ability to learn new programs
+ Have a high work ethic and positive attitude, be organized and detail oriented
+ Be at least 18 years old, eligible to work in the US, able to pass a drug screen and have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

ABody Shop Advisoris responsible for office support in our Collision Center and is a perfect position for someone interested in becoming a damage appraiser in the future.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Body Shop Advisor is accountable for performing the duties and responsibilities described below. The list, however, is not necessarily an exhaustive description of the duties and responsibilities associated with the job.
+ Greeting customers upon arrival
+ Incoming and outgoing telephone calls
+ Email correspondence
+ Booking and closing repair orders
+ Cash-out customers
+ Writing purchase orders
+ Running errands/delivering cars to sublet vendors
+ Calling insurance companies regarding payments owed
+ Matching insurance estimates to our CCC One estimating system
+ Learn Rome Management computer system
+ Learn Dealer operating computer system
+ Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed

+ Acceptable driving record and valid NYS driver’s license
+ Estimator’s license is a plus
+ Previous automotive service writing and/or mechanic experience beneficial

WORK SCHEDULE
Full time employees are regularly scheduled for 40 hours within the confines of our operating hours. Part time employees are regularly scheduled for anything less than 40 hours. Overtime as needed and approved by the manager. All employees are required to take meal breaks in accordance with New York state law.
