What your future day will look like:
- Ensure high-quality service for members while ensuring employees are maximizing sales opportunities and meeting service standards.
- Monitor branch operations, conduct training for branch staff, provide ongoing coaching and support and correct unsatisfactory conditions.
- Build relationships with members and community organizations, leading branch sales efforts and coordinating referrals.
- Respond to member inquiries and complaints promptly, escalating as necessary.
- Monitor activities to ensure they are complying with laws, policies and procedures, report any discrepancies.

- Ability to pass background check and credit check
- 5 years of branch management experience
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
