Job Summary
Responsible for the technical program management activities and alignment for strategic programs, coordinating among a wide range of cross-functional internal and external resources to ensure that programs are within the scope, within budget and on schedule, with guidance from senior staff member(s). Serve as the program lead for specific, defined multi-discipline technical programs or projects of greater than average complexity and scope. Responsible and accountable in the planning, development and delivery of new technical programs. Integrates knowledge of business and functional priorities. Acts as a key contributor in a complex and crucial environment. May lead teams or projects and shares expertise.Job Description
Who We Are:
A multidisciplinary team of cybersecurity engineers and architects who consult and advise all things Cybersecurity for Comcast Business.
Coach a Security Development Lifecycle (SDL) for both internal corporate systems, as well as customer facing products.
Partners with DevOps teams to ensure cybersecurity is built-in and not bolted on.
Requirements:
Behavioral Skills:

A team player who can manage multiple projects with attention to detail, while being flexible enough to pivot when critical issues arise.
Able to understand organizational goals and objectives and apply appropriate prioritization at the project level.
Project Management:
Establishes and executes effective communication with Project Stakeholders
Understands Agile, Waterfall or other project delivery methodologies.
Partners with stakeholders to lead the project planning effort, including the formulation of the project scope
Clearly defines deliverables, milestones and Definition of Done (DoD) for new and in-flight projects.
Ability and understanding of project plans and development, risk identification & mitigation.
Tracks and manages the program schedule and upstream and downstream dependencies.
Communicate effectively with technical team members by having good understanding of the technical aspects of assigned initiatives.
Cybersecurity/IT:
Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework. ISO 27001 and ISO 27002, SOC2, GDPR. FISMA.
Familiarity with Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC), DevOps, Vulnerability Management, IT & Cloud infrastructure, Networking
Reporting & Tools:
Experience in a data driven environment, able to create new reports, maintain and update existing reporting.
Working experience with Jira / Rally
Working knowledge of Smartsheet, PowerPoint, Service Now, Tableau, MS Project

Education
Bachelor's Degree
