Overview:
C&C Cleaning Services is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Account Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage and nurture multiple client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and effective communication between clients and our cleaning teams. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a proactive approach, and a commitment to providing top-tier service.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular check-ins and proactive communication.
Conduct client satisfaction surveys and implement feedback to improve services.
Service Coordination:
Work with Supervisors to schedule and coordinate cleaning services for commercial accounts, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
Collaborate with cleaning teams to ensure they understand client expectations and specific requirements.
Monitor service quality and conduct site visits to ensure standards are met.
Account Management:
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, service schedules, and any issues or resolutions.
Work with Management to prepare and manage client contracts, ensuring all terms are met and renewals are processed in a timely manner.
Handle invoicing and billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
Problem Resolution:
Address and resolve client issues and complaints promptly, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Implement and monitor corrective actions to prevent recurrence of issues.
Business Development:
Identify opportunities to upsell additional services to existing clients.
Assist in the acquisition of new commercial accounts by participating in sales presentations and proposal development.
Reporting and Analysis:
Generate regular reports on client satisfaction, service quality, and account performance.
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in service delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Education:
High School Diploma; Associate’s Degree preferred
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years experience in account management, customer service, or a related field.
Experience in the cleaning or facilities management industry is a plus.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with CRM software and client management tools.
Attributes:

Full Time: 30-40 Hours Per Week
Status: Hourly Non-Exempt
Travel: Up to 10% of the Time
Reports to: Executive Vice President
