We are seeking a Commercial Account Manager for a leading insurance agency for a remote position. The established agency has a history of providing insurance to specialized clients. Location: Los Angeles, California (100% Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Collaborate with insurance professionals to identify client needs and tailor insurance solutions accordingly.
• Oversee policy renewals, endorsements, and administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Work closely with our team to identify opportunities for account growth and retention.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and developments to provide informed recommendations to clients.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role in the insurance industry.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in using insurance-related software and technology.
