A commercial HVAC and refrigeration contractor serving the New Jersey / New York area is seeking a highly skilled Commercial HVAC Boiler Technician with a proven track record in maintaining and repairing commercial boiler systems. The ideal candidate should have extensive hands-on experience and a solid understanding of industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial boiler systems
• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot any issues
• Work on a variety of commercial boiler systems in diverse settings
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, providing clear updates on work progress
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and local regulations

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience working with commercial HVAC and boiler systems
• Strong expertise in boiler operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• EPA Certification required
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Valid driver's license required
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
