This rolemanagesthe production ofinsights for the Strategic Sales team withincommercialsales division. Thisrolewillpartner withbusiness units including IT,SI,& Salesto create streamlined data and solutionsto support the Strategic Accounts teamas well asCXleadership.This position willengageas the subject matter expertprovidinganin-depthknowledge ofsales,accountsand toolsto advancecompanyobjectives.
Responsibilities:
Partnerwith Vice Presidents of Strategic Accounts (VPSAs)globallytoexecuteaccountmanagementand compensation structure.
Capture and process metrics viamultiple systems (Salesforce, Tableau)
Partner with Marketing Services to provide KPI intelforaccuratecustomer facing reports
Connectwith Shaw Integrated Solutionsto obtain clear understanding of customer spend
Coach and support the Strategic Accounts team on the compensation process and best practices for Salesforce compliance and tracking
Ensure delivered products meet the business needs of the company
Partner and provide recommendations to inform strategy
Effectively communicate analysis andarticulate takeawaysto senior leadership
Extract meaningful insights and trends and providerecommendations to Strategic leadership which will improve business performance
Lead work with IT and key business units to identifyopportunities and inconsistencies in data and develop long term solutions for data capture and maintenance and serves as a subject matter expert
Build knowledge,researchandbuildanalyticalskillsthrough independent learning
Qualifications:
4- year degree in business administration or related experience
MS Office with emphasis on Excel
Experience with CRM and data visualization tools such asTableau&Salesforce
Strong written and verbal presentation skills with an ability to communicate effectively with Senior Management
Demonstrated quantitative skills
Ability to interact collaboratively with internal customers and external vendors
Capable of supporting multiple projects, including the ability to coordinate and balance numeroustasks in a time-sensitive environment, under pressure and meeting deadlines
