Commercial and Business Associate Attorney - Gpac

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Business Associate Attorney with 2-10 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Kentucky. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial law and a commitment to providing exceptional legal counsel to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on various commercial matters, including contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and business compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and analyze case law to support client interests.
• Represent clients in negotiations and, if necessary, in litigation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active Kentucky bar license.
• 2-10 years of experience in commercial/business law.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• 1800 billable hour requirement
