Note: The hourly rate for this position is $24 - $28 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.

Responsibilities:
* Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Measure, cut, and hang drywall to required specifications
* Assist in framing up walls and installing sheathing
* Install crown moldings; Assemble and fasten materials using hand tools and wood screws, nails, dowel pins, or glue
* Cut and nail headers and blocking
* Fit and install of window frames, doors, interior and exterior trim, wooden door frames
* Perform all duties in compliance with site safety and building requirements.
Qualifications:
* 3-5 years previous experience in the commercial construction
* Industry and knowledge of the materials, methods, and tools involved in the commercial construction field.
* Ability to accept direction and work as a team player
* Demonstrate dependability to work a regular schedule including nontraditional hours including weekends.
