Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with surgeons, focusing on introducing and integrating our innovative surgical products within operating room protocols.
- Strategically market our surgical products to C-Suite executives and Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs), ensuring alignment with their high standards and needs.
- Drive sales with a goal-oriented approach, backed by an aggressive commission structure.
- Navigate the surgical environment with ease, providing essential support to ensure optimal use of our products.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in surgical sales, particularly within cardiac, hepatic, or general surgical domains.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and sell to C-Suite level executives and GPOs.
- A consistent professional history that reflects stability and success in previous roles.
- A creative and dynamic thinker capable of influencing change in surgical practices.
Compensation and Benefits:
- A competitive base salary of $110k with an on-target earnings of $220k, plus an aggressive commission overage plan.
