Commercial Construction Assistant Superintendent

A well-known and respected General Contractor in Atlanta is looking to add an Assistant Superintendent to join their rapidly growing team. This company develops a wide range of commercial construction projects, typically in the $10M-$100M range. Focusing on their team and client relationships they pride themselves on repeat business and developing long lasting relationships with their clients.

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or a related discipline
• 6+ years of experience with a large-scale commercial contractor or equivalent industry experience
• Experience building high-rise residential and/or mixed-use projects successfully from start to finish.
• In depth knowledge of the construction process including scheduling, contract administration, equipment, manpower, etc.
• Experience with a large-scale commercial contractor or equivalent industry experience with increasing levels of responsibility
• Demonstrated ability to lead field operations
• Working knowledge of applicable regulations (i.e., OSHA)
