As a Commercial Construction Carpenter, you will play a crucial role in the success of our projects. You will be responsible for various carpentry tasks, including metal framing, sheet metal installation, and medium to heavy gauge metal stud work. This position offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects, collaborate with a skilled team, and grow your career in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform metal framing, sheet metal installation, and medium to heavy gauge metal stud work
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Measure, cut, shape, and install building materials with precision
• Collaborate with project managers, foremen, and other team members to ensure project success
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and protocols
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the construction process
• Assist in training and mentoring junior carpenters and laborers

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a commercial construction carpenter
• Proficiency in metal framing, sheet metal installation, and metal stud work
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and precision in work
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot on-site issues
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills and a professional demeanor
• Physical stamina and strength to handle the demands of the job
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in carpentry or construction is a plus

Compensation:

• Full-Time position
• Competitive pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour, based on experience.
