Our Client is a commercial general contractor located in Dillsburg, PA and is actively looking for an experienced Estimator to join their team.
Candidate must possess the following attributes:
- Must have a minimum of 5yrs of experience in commercial general construction estimating.
- Knowledgeable of all commercial trade standard work practices for all 16 Divisions of Construction.
- Knowledgeable of subcontractors within area of work and have good standing relationships with trades.
- Proficient in the following areas:
- Meeting with Owners and or Owners representatives and Architects for Sales and Bid negotiations.
- Excel, Word, and online estimating programs
- Preparing scope of work letters for all 16 Divisions for submission of bids.
- Preparing subcontracts and purchase orders
- Prior in field, hands on work experience a plus
- Should be able to perform tasks with minimal supervision
- Must possess proven people skills
- The ability to learn quickly and multi-task

Schedule
- Monday thru Friday, 7am to 5pm – In Office
- Pay Range: $70,000 - $90,000
- The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
