Commercial Construction Laborer

Innovative Air, Inc is looking for commercial construction laborer with experience in the construction industry. Experience in installation of ductwork, sheet metal, refrigeration piping, replacing various types and sizes of HVAC equipment and any other relevant commercial HVAC experience a plus but not required.

Under general direction, employee performs work in all aspects of installations including new construction, commercial change outs, packaged roof tops, chillers, etc.

Job Type: Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Install and/or assist in installation of new heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, roof top package units, exhaust fans, sheet metal duct.
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Carry heavy objects
• Climb ladders
• Refrigeration Piping, pro-press, mega-press and low voltage experience a plus

Job Requirements:

• Possess a valid Oregon driver's license and insurable driving record
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Ability to follow blueprints and understand technical instructions.
• Solid communication/verbal skills, ability to work independently and self-motivated
• Ability to work out of town and to work flexible hours
