Commercial Construction Senior Project Manager - Gpac

As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing and managing the successful completion of commercial construction projects from inception to completion. Position: Senior Project Manager - Commercial Construction

Responsibilities:

1. Project Management: Lead and manage all aspects of commercial construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

2. Client Interaction: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure clear communication and client satisfaction.

3. Budget and Cost Control: Develop and manage project budgets, track costs, and implement cost-saving measures when possible.

4. Schedule Management: Develop and maintain project schedules, identifying critical path activities and ensuring timely completion of all milestones.

5. Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure the highest standards are met throughout the construction process.

6. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize the impact on project timelines and budget.

7. Team Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to achieve project goals.

8. Safety Compliance: Ensure that all safety protocols and regulations are followed on-site to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.

• 7+ years of proven experience in commercial construction project management.

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Proficient in project management software.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
